PartnerStack

PartnerStack is a partner relationship management platform for running affiliate, referral, and reseller programs. Its REST API exposes partnerships, customers, deals, leads, and tracked actions, letting you sync partner program data with your own systems. This connector reads from and writes to PartnerStack using pre-built endpoint templates.

Prerequisites

Before creating a PartnerStack credential, you need a public key and secret key from your PartnerStack Vendor account. The PartnerStack REST API (v2, https://api.partnerstack.com/api/v2) uses HTTP Basic authentication, with the public key as the username and the secret key as the password, combined and Base64-encoded in the Authorization header.

To obtain your PartnerStack API keys, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your PartnerStack Vendor dashboard using your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > PartnerStack API Keys.

  3. Locate your Public Key and Secret Key. PartnerStack provides separate Test and Production keys; use the pair that matches the environment you intend to connect to.

  4. Copy both keys and store them securely. The secret key is sensitive and should never be exposed in client-side code, public repositories, or any publicly accessible location.

For detailed information about API authentication and available endpoints, see the PartnerStack Vendor API documentation.

API Key ValueYesYesAn encoded string value used as a secret token to authenticate API requests

Create a credential in Nexla

  1. After selecting the data source/destination type, click the Add Credential tile to open the Add New Credential overlay.

  2. Enter a name for the credential in the Credential Name field and a short, meaningful description in the Credential Description field.

  3. Enter your PartnerStack API key in the API Key Value field. This is the secret token used to authenticate your requests to the PartnerStack API and must be kept confidential.

The PartnerStack Vendor API uses HTTP Basic authentication, formed from your public key and secret key. Keep your secret key confidential and never expose it in client-side code or public repositories. If a key is compromised, rotate it from your PartnerStack integration settings.

For detailed information about API authentication and available endpoints, see the PartnerStack Vendor API documentation.

  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the overlay. The newly added credential will now appear in a tile on the Authenticate screen during data source/destination creation.

Use as a data source

To create a new data flow, navigate to the Integrate section, and click the New Data Flow button. Select the PartnerStack connector tile, then select the credential that will be used to connect to the PartnerStack instance, and click Next; or, create a new PartnerStack credential for use in this flow.
