NoCRM

noCRM.io is a lead management tool built for sales teams to track prospects, organize follow-ups, and move leads through the sales pipeline. The Nexla connector uses the noCRM.io REST API to ingest records such as leads, activities, pipelines, and teams, and to create or update leads, comments, activities, and prospecting lists. Requests are authenticated with an API key sent in the X-API-KEY header.

Prerequisites

Before creating a NoCRM credential, you need a noCRM.io account and an API key. noCRM.io authenticates all API requests with an API key sent in the X-API-KEY request header, and requests are made against your account's own subdomain.

To obtain your NoCRM credentials, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your noCRM.io account with an administrator user.

  2. Open the Admin Panel, then navigate to Integrations > API > API Keys.

  3. Click Create an API Key to generate a new key. Give the key a descriptive name so you can identify the integration later.

  4. Copy the API key immediately. noCRM.io displays the key only once at the moment of creation. If you lose it, you will need to deactivate the old key and generate a new one.

  5. Note your account base URL. noCRM.io API requests use your account subdomain in the form https://yourcompany.nocrm.io/api/v2, where yourcompany is your account name.

Treat the API key like an administrator password and keep it confidential. You can deactivate a key at any time from the Admin Panel and generate a replacement. Note that noCRM.io limits API usage to 2,000 requests per day per account. For more information, see the noCRM.io API Reference.

Create a credential in Nexla

  1. After selecting the data source/destination type, click the Add Credential tile to open the Add New Credential overlay.

  2. Enter a name for the credential in the Credential Name field and a short, meaningful description in the Credential Description field.

  3. Enter your noCRM.io API key in the API Key field. This is the key you generated in the Admin Panel during Prerequisites. It is sent in the X-API-KEY header for all API requests and must be kept confidential.

  4. Enter your account base URL in the Base URL field, in the form https://yourcompany.nocrm.io/api/v2.

  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the overlay. The newly added credential will now appear in a tile on the Authenticate screen during data source/destination creation.

Manual configuration

NoCRM data sources can also be manually configured to ingest data from any valid noCRM.io API endpoint, including endpoints not covered by the pre-built templates, chained API calls, or custom request parameters. Select the Advanced tab at the top of the configuration screen, and follow the instructions in Connect to Any API to configure the API method, endpoint URL, date/time and lookup macros, path to data, metadata, and request headers.

Once all of the relevant settings have been configured, click the Create button in the upper right corner of the screen to save and create the new NoCRM data source. Nexla will now begin ingesting data from the configured endpoint and will organize any data that it finds into one or more Nexsets.

Use as a destination

Click the + icon on the Nexset that will be sent to the NoCRM destination, and select the Send to Destination option from the menu. Select the NoCRM connector from the list of available destination connectors, then select the credential that will be used to connect to the noCRM.io account, and click Next; or, create a new NoCRM credential for use in this flow.

Endpoint templates

Nexla provides pre-built templates that can be used to rapidly configure destinations to send data to common noCRM.io endpoints.
