ConvertKit

Prerequisites

Before creating a ConvertKit credential, you need to obtain an API Secret Key from your ConvertKit account. The API Secret Key is required to authenticate with the ConvertKit API v3.

To obtain your API Secret Key, you need to have a ConvertKit account with API access enabled. Once you have access to your account, you can generate an API Secret Key from the advanced account settings. The API Secret Key grants access to sensitive data and actions on your subscribers. The API Secret Key is sent as the api_secret query parameter to authenticate all API requests to the ConvertKit API v3. For detailed information about API key setup and authentication, refer to the ConvertKit API documentation.

Create a ConvertKit Credential

  • To create a new ConvertKit credential, after selecting the data source/destination type, click the Add Credential tile to open the Add New Credential overlay.
